If I ask my daughter what is her preferred place to eat, she would always replies me with the same thing. Over the years, I would think her opinion would change rather regularly, but she always replies with McDonalds. Even though we only go there once in a blue moon, she still praises its happy meals and soft drinks. However, one thing I did notice the last time we passed through their drive-thru was the after-math. I’m talking about what happened with my daughter’s stomach after she ate that chicken nugget happy meal. She basically had a tummy ache. Now that is not amusing at all. Certainly not what you see promoted on the commercials. Although at first I thought she ate too much but my family doctor later pointed something out to me. Fast food is bad for our body! Since we only visited a fast food joint a few times each year, my daughter’s body pretty much resisted it. We simply weren’t meant to eat that fast food stuff. It’s basically toxic for our bodies. It’s time for some nutritious, heart healthy diets. Things have got to change.

Well do you pay much attention on good heart healthy diets each and every day? You know, your life could depend on it. Not to mention the lives of your other family members as well. Not to be offensive, but I’ve certainly noted something about other families in the last couple years. Overweight parents have overweight children. It makes me so sad to see a seven year old children get way too overweight. It all goes back to the parents. They’re the one responsible for providing heart healthy diets for their little ones. Sure we can blame all the fast food chains all we want but the fact is we choose what we consume. It’s time to stop being lazy and start eating healthy. Believe me, it’s never too soon to start heart healthy diets. You should actually start teaching your little ones to eat healthily while they’re still young. This way they will have no problem going along with the heart healthy diets as they grow older. However there are some things you might want to be sure to keep clear of in your meals, and they are loads of fat, salt, sugar, and cholesterol. None of these are good for your body so pay more attention towards having more protein, calcium, vitamins and minerals on your daily meals instead of the other way around. These are the very important elements for heart healthy diets. Well don’t you want to keep on living a long and healthy life? If you do, then start eating healthily and plan your meals properly.
